To start, you can have the very traditional Caldo de Camarón. All the different Tostadas are recommended as well as their Shrimp Specialties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very popular seafood restaurant off of highway between Mexico City and Queretaro. The atmosphere is very open and seat at least over 100 patrons. Known for its freshly made seafood, we ordered many shrimp dishes and were indeed delicious. The most delicious dish was the molcajete, a mixed dish including shrimp, steak, avocado, cheese, in a very hot volcanic rock style dish. A definite recommendation.
The fried fish was pretty mediocre, outside of fried skin, the meat was pretty bland, would recommend eat it with sauces.
