★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off what I loved: effective sanitizing strategies, almost all the food was perfect, great flavor in all sauces, kind, helpful servers, huge selection. The reason I almost withheld the last star: WiFi! It's not just for posting tasty pics, you need it to look up the QR code that shows the menu. If like me you're traveling from abroad, paying international roaming to look at a menu can hurt the pocketbook more than the meal itself. The second was my cousin's octopus, it was super rubbery. The manager did come out to ask how things were, and acknowledged the rubbery octopus, and in all fairness, had we said something sooner, he would have exchanged it. In other words, they are very proactive in ensuring great customer service. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you sit in the room with the beautiful view, I only caught a glimpse of it on my way to their very clean restrooms. I'll be stopping by again when in Querétaro for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good. My wife ordered a compechana (oysters, shrimp and octopus)and it was filled with more than a handful of seafood. I ordered a plate called a meat and sea cable (Alambre de mar y tierra) meat, shrimp and octopus very delicious.

We ordered vuelve la vida. It was tasteless with plastic shrimp. Portion was small almost half of the glass
Mujara was cold and not so much flavor .i guess some one ordered before then didn’t go through order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is okay, the food is sort of tasty but hace one of the worst menu layouts thata i've ever seen, the menu is super crowed and the color selection is awful, many of the translations are terrible is like they just go into Google translate nonstop... anyway the food as i said it's sort of tasty...Lots of room yo improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very busy place, you have to wait 20-25 minutes to enter due to the demand for places to eat. The attention of the staff is friendly and courteous. The service took over 15 minutes once seated and having placed the order. The food is diverse and very nice. There is everything to choose from. My experience today was not so pleasant because the dish I ordered had a not very pleasant taste because the cheese tasted burnt. Even so, the place is traditional from Querétaro and is worth visiting.
