★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quincental Mexican seafood restaurant. As one walks in the restaurant, he/she is greated by paintings of the Virgin Guadalupe and Saint Toribio Romo González. A table upstairs is waiting because of the huge demand to get in. A great view of Aveninda Antonio Alcalde. Vicente on the flat screen singing ranchero. A table for a family of 20 for Sunday comida. A tostada de Marlin bursting with flavor. A sopa de mariscos with avocado that takes you to the beach. The Huachinango fish was the best I ever ate! Our waiter was the owner. Enough said.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good seafood here. I tried the seafood soup and the whole grilled fish. Both tasted great and the portions were huge. It’s a popular place so expect to wait for a table during busy periods. Prices were very cheap. I paid around $15 USD for the seafood soup and whole grilled fish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is ok, the food is amazing but there’s a huge disorganization all around, I ordered via phone and went there expecting it to be done when I arrived but I had to stand in line to pay and then wait cause they only have one card terminal. If these issues are fixed this would be a perfect restaurant for seafood

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very tasty. We went on a weekday, so it wasn't super busy. We were seated right away, the waitress took our order. We ordered micheladas, breaded shrimp and shrimp a la diabla, mojarra frita, and ceviche tostadas. Everything was brought to us quickly. Waitress, Fernanda, was polite and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh seafood meals at good prices. The portions are good size and tasty. The beer truly is ice cold. Additional dining can be found upstairs. Basic fare doesn't enhance your dining experience but helps to keep the prices down. Service is enthusiastic but I encountered a mixup with my order. It was eventually corrected. Basic COVID-19 protocols were in place and enforced during our visit.
I plan on returning to enjoy the octopus with onions, garlic...and that ice cold beer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars! Top 5 places to try in Guadalajara. Get the Marlin and tostadas, best Marlin I have had. Portions are huge, prices are so low. Amazing recipes and flavor for such a low price, they could even triple their prices or more! This is worth driving 45 minutes to eat. Super chill atmosphere and lowest prices and best food I have had in Mexico. Truly impressed. This is good enough to franchise.(pictured is half cuviche and half marlin)
