Los platillos son bastos y aunque no he probado mucho de lo nuevo son buenos. Los camarones empanizados vienen acompañados de un aderezo rico aunque en general nada nuevo en sabor, muy tradicional. Los camarones al mojo, son deliciosos pero debes de mojar bien en el aceitito para rescatar el sabor. A mí me gusta picante y solo hay una salsa de habanero que puedes pedir, sabe muy artificial pero mezcla con el aderezo de los enpanizados y lograrás algo delicioso. A typical Guzmán place to go with the family, recently remodeled although low in flavor it is still rich. The dishes are rough and although I have not tried much of what is new they are good. The breaded shrimp are accompanied by a rich dressing although in general nothing new in flavor, very traditional. The shrimp al mojo are delicious but you must dip them well in the olive oil to rescue the flavor. I like it spicy and there is only one habanero sauce that you can ask for, it tastes very artificial but mix it with the dressing of the pancakes and you will achieve something delicious.
