★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a restaurant on the second floor of the Mercado Libertad (also called Mercado San Juan de Dios). Get the pescado entero frito - some of the best fish I've had in my life. The day I was there it was a small whitefish of some kind, perfectly fried, for 90 pesos. There's probably not a better deal in the whole market.
