Lleve a mi familia a comer aquí por día de madres y el servicio era horrible, la gerente nos atendió de mala gana y con poca educación desde que llegamos y durante el tiempo que estuvimos comiendo ella solo estuvo parada en una esquina en su celular. Nuestra mesa no tuvo mantel y la mesa aún así estaba sucia, no tenían suficientes refrescos, 4 de nuestros platos tardaron más de una hora y media en estar listos. Este lugar no se sabe preparar para atender en un día festivo. El sazón de la comida es mediocre. Por ejemplo, mi esposo ordenó un filete al mojo de ajo y solo era un filete frito sin sabor a nada (plato que esperamos por más de una hora).
Y es la TERCERA vez que mi mamá come en este lugar y el servicio a sido pésimo las 3 veces. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.
Terrible service, lack of hygiene, and bad character of the happy manager (daughter of the owner).
I took my family to eat here for mothers day and the service was horrible, the manager served us reluctantly and rudely since we arrived and during the time we were eating she was just standing in a corner on her cell phone. Our table had no tablecloth and the table was still dirty, they didn't have enough refreshments, 4 of our dishes took over an hour and a half to be ready. This place doesn't know how to prepare to cater on a holiday. The flavor of the food is mediocre. For example, my husband ordered a steak with garlic mojo and it was just a fried steak with no taste at all (a dish we waited for over an hour).
And it's the THIRD time my mom has eaten at this place and the service has been terrible all 3 times. I definitely do not recommend it.
