★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really Guacho’s in Pitiel neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta. Excellent local restaurant, all outdoor seating on the gravel with Mexican band. Shrimp appetizer and chef’s special red snapper el poste style were excellent. Menu primary fresh seafood. Steak Ancherra is not on the menu but they will make it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps the best food we had on a week vacation although it's a bit out of the way from where we stayed but worth the trip. I'd recommend anybody to visit this little gem if you like seafood!
