Sin embargo han bajado mucho la calidad del sabor y la presentación de sus platillos. Se entiende que los fines de semana sean días de trabajo muy pesados para el equipo, pero en verdad van a entregar platos sin presentación después de una hora o cuarenta minutos de haberlos pedido??. El servicio cada vez está peor, imagino que es un negocio familiar, porque de no ser así ya hubieran corrido a todos ALV. Por otro lado la atención hacia los clientes es muy buena y empática, los platillos no tardan más de 15 minutos en llegar a la mesa y la ubicación de cada una respeta el distanciamiento social de 1.5 metros por mesa. Cuentan con servicio de sanitarios, Uber Eats y Didi Food, entretenimiento por cable y un jardín donde los niños pueden jugar. El detalle fue con una mesera que no tomo bien nuestra orden y al final no nos atendió ella lo cual hizo que nuestra órdenes fueran confundidas. Por eso les doy 4 estrellas.
