★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio y sabor es bueno. Le doy esta calificación porque hice un pedido. Fui a recogerlo (vivo un tanto retirado), se equivocaron en el pedido. Hablé y en vez de mandar a alguien de una moto con el pedido correcto a que recogiera en el que se equivocaron, tuve que ir hasta su sucursal para que me hicieran el cambio.
En otras palabras fui dos veces por un error suyo. Y no ofrecieron una cortesía o algo, vaya ni siquiera se disculparon. Pésimo trato al cliente
 The price and taste is good. I give this rating because I placed an order. I went to pick it up (I live somewhat retired), they made a mistake in the order. I spoke and instead of sending someone from a motorcycle with the correct order to pick up the wrong one, I had to go to their branch to make the change.
In other words I went twice because of his mistake. And they didn't offer a courtesy or anything, boy they didn't even apologize. Terrible customer treatment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para comer, ambiente familiar, solo les falta mejorar un poquito la cantidad de alimentos servida, buena calidad. Los meseros se alteran un poco pero nada fuera de control.
Good place to eat, family atmosphere, they just need to improve the quantity of food served a little bit, good quality. The servers are a bit flustered but nothing is out of control.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is soo good. It is my favorite place of all. The shrimp cocktail is soo good. Prices are really cheap. The service is bellow average but has gotten better. I came to this place back in 2011 and have been going back every time im in Acultzingo. This place is always packed because the food is amazing.
