Estos últimos con ingredientes muy frescos, por lo cual el comer en crudo no es de preocuparse. Al pedir este platillo, tardan un poco en llevártelo a tu mesa, pero es por qué los hacen al momento, no los tienen hechos desde un día antes como en otros restaurantes, la salsa con que los sirven es al gusto, puedes pedir que sea mucho o poco picante.
