★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La vitamina jarocha es un imprescindible del centro en Cuautitlán. Con 3 décadas de tradición, la ostionería tiene ganado un prestigio en el municipio e incluso en ciudades cercanas.
Un mojarra al mojo de ajo, una cazuela de mariscos o la clásica "vitamina jarocha" (cerveza con ostiones) serán la opción de referencia casi obligada al visitar el lugar.
Hay ya otras alternativas, pensando en los acompañantes que no gustan de la comida del mar, cómo pollo, res, etc.; Lo cual es una idea muy buena puesto que le da versatilidad a la marca con tradición.
No le otorgo la quinta estrella debido a que falta la música ambiental que sin excusas, debería ser veracruzana.
Vitamin jarocha is a must in the center in Cuautitlán. With 3 decades of tradition, the oyster farm has gained prestige in the municipality and even in nearby cities.
A mojarra with garlic sauce, a seafood casserole or the classic "vitamina jarocha" (beer with oysters) will be the almost obligatory reference option when visiting the place.
