El lugar por fuera está demasiado descuidado, la patrulla que está ahí está en total abandono.
Deberían de aprovechar el lugar para otro giro.
That place has been there since I came to live here, and not once have I seen it in service.
The place on the outside is too neglected, the patrol that is there is in total neglect.
They should take advantage of the place for another twist.
