Amazing fish tacos, calamari sandwiches and other seafood for a great price!

I ate here on Sunday and it was excellent!! I came back on Tuesday and it was terrible!! I guess I will have to try it one more time to determine if it is good or bad?? ?

Good fresh seafood, great fish tacos!

Creepy, angry drunk manager, suspiciously uncooled raw seafood, so overseasoned and chopped into such small bits you can't taste or tell what it is. Came for almejas chocolates, couldn't eat them, had to spit out the one I tried, as the shells were filled to the brim with soy and worcestershire sauce rendering them completely repulsive. The manager angrily said we didn't know what we were talking about, lectured us, demanded to know where we DID like the seafood, laughed at us when we listed the places we liked the seafood ... And made us pay the full price. I am so happy I never have to be alone in a room with that dude. I feel bad for the staff here, they were visibly intimidated by and ashamed of their boss. :/ One star because the micheladas were fine.

This is my first bad review. We didn't even eat the food. The racism and discrimination we experienced here was almost funny, like something you'd see in a comedy show. I feel sorry for such an uneducated family. They don't get many Asians here I guess.

As much as I like to give nice reviews for taste (it was tasty) I also like to feel good after eating. We saw raw shrimps in our dish, maybe we saw them too late because my girlfriend was sick all night long and the day after, and this morning it's my turn. I understand the 1 year anniversary was a big night and overlooking every plate could been hard but getting costumers sick is unacceptable.

Deceiving to say the least. Someone I trust recommended this place to me. But I went for lunch, it was 45 minutes after “their posted” official Open time. and they still were not ready for patrons. fo otheir pictures look amazing. Food looks fresh and amazing. Unfortunately, that will NOT be the experience you have. The real problem is the undercooked food. I tried the fish tacos, something easy. The fish smelled like RAW EGGS. Like a repulsive raw egg smell. I didn’t finish it. Luckily I did not get sick. But the smell of raw egg in my fish taco is enough to never return. Also, the place looks dirty and old. They need to physically update their space to match these fabulous pictures of food. Somehow, I just get the feeling they have problems with sanitation. It just gives off a “dirty vibe”. Many other reviews say this too. And I read the reviews after I ate there, and had the same feeling while I was there. Lacking professionalism. I hate to leave a bad review, but seriously it’s not what it seems.

Bad food experience, ordered their fish tacos. The fish was thickly breaded and tasteless. The sanitation of the place is horrible, bathroom is dirty, old with no soap or towel to dry your hands. Also for where the place is located it was expensive, 55 pesos for one taco. Safe yourself a bad experience and skip this place.
