★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. De nada sirve reservar una cita porque al llegar al lugar están atendiendo a otras y te dicen que si quieres te esperes; me hicieron esperar casi dos horas para atenderme. Las chicas que están ahí no tienen nada de educación y son malísimas con la atención al cliente, punto aparte usan productos de pésima calidad y se excusan diciendo "es lo que podemos ofrecer porque cobramos barato".
Nunca se corten el cabello en este lugar, no tienen nada de conocimiento para hacerlo y, además, tienen sus herramientas de trabajo sucias. Después del desastre que me dejaron en el cabello y en las uñas tuve que ir a otro sitio a que me ayudaran a salvarlo un poco.
Terrible attention It is useless to book an appointment because when they arrive at the place they are attending to others and they tell you that if you want you will wait; They made me wait almost two hours to attend me. The girls who are there have no education and are very poor with customer service, apart they use poor quality products and they excuse themselves by saying "it is what we can offer because we charge cheaply".
They never cut their hair in this place, they have no knowledge to do it and, in addition, they have their dirty work tools. After the disaster they left me in my hair and nails I had to go somewhere else to help me save him a little.
