Pésimo seguimiento, pesimo trato al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ llevamos una semana tratando de que nos compartan demoras de 4 contenedores y no ha sido posible, la persona que contesta el telefono tiene prisa y no te atiende correctamente, las extensiones a las que te pasa no contestan, fatal el servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO, Llevo más de una semana tratando de que me pasen cuentas bancarias y monto de ISP para la naviera PIL además de que asegurar no tener la instrucción de télex reléase de un embarque que lleva más de una semana con esta instrucción lista de origen.
Ya mande mis datos a cliente@maritimex, urge por favor me apoyen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No los contraten para sus movimientos de mercancía, en mi experiencia personal todo el "servicio" ha sido terrible, costoso, nadie atiende los correos, en el conmutador ni las buenas tardes te dan, te cuelgan las llamadas, cuanto intentaba revalidar mi BL no me contestaban y como pasaba el tiempo me seguían cobrando las demoras, incluso tuve que pagar mas días para que me revalidaran, llevo casi 3 meses intentado recuperar los comprobantes de mis pagos y 1,000 USD de un deposito en garantía de un contenedor, ojala que este mensaje llegue a la persona indicada para que revisen sus procesos, su personal y sobre todo el "servicio" que dan al Cliente, le puse una estrella para que me dejara publicar, de lo contrario no le pongo nada.
