Marival Emotions Resort & Suites - 63732 Nuevo Vallarta

My family and I had a very poor and dissatisfied experience in this hotel. Staff is not friendly. I spent 20 minutes looking for my room. The food is not great. If you book this hotel with being part of the membership they sell you will have a horrible service, they have areas and restaurants we you are not allowed unless you are a member. My family and I felt discriminated, We sat in the area of members because some of my family are members and we were asked to leave because we were not allowed to hang out in that area unless we were members. So sad that at the same hotel we couldn’t not spend time we our family because some were members and non members had to asked to leave those areas. We felt humiliated and embarrassed. So if you have a membership to this hotel good luck. If you are not a member DO NOT BOOK you get poor food, poor alcoholic drinks and poor service. Members get all the perks and they make it really obvious. I will never return here or recommend it.

This resort was very family friendly, however you will note there are no elevators to get to the suites, so be prepared to haul you stroller up some stairs. The food was ok, in the bufffets I would give it a 3…but the restaurants were very good and raised that up to a 4.5. The real reason I am giving this a 4 is the service, we specifically enjoy the restaurant staff and Lizabeth by the pool was exceptional!

This was our 3rd time here and I must say the food and service has gone downhill. The only thing that made our stay pleasurable was the service of 3 workers. Carmen at the Adult pool bar, Dellia at the Lobby bar and Kevin, server at the Mexican restaurant and the Fiesta night. These three were exceptional in the way they treated their customers during their shift.

I found this resort to be beautiful,clean, accommodating in every way. I went away with a large group called “the 5 o’clock somewhere group” which we have been doing for over 15 years. This was definitely one of our favorites. Rooms were large and comfortable, food was great as well as the waitress’s and waiters.we had a girl named Alejandra who was very accommodating by the pool and took care of us for the week. We would definitely come back again. Thank you from the entire staff for making our trip relaxing and fun.

Stayed at this property in March 2022. Nice and clean all inclusive hotel. My overall experience was positive, and I would generally suggest this to other families. Negatives are this property has vacation club members who get a little more access and a separate beach restaurant. The biggest negative and the reason for 4 stars is the time share pitch upon arrival. Room keys are held until you go through it. I bought and paid for a room that had no strings attached. I asked for no time share pitch. Despite multiple requests to have no pitch, me and my family received the hard sell. Apart from the rude time share introduction, it’s a good pleasant property. It is unfortunate that this is the way the resort decides to welcome their guests. Main positives are the nice staff, good views, clean rooms, distance from the airport (15 mins) and beach access.

Really enjoyed our all-inclusive stay, very family friendly. You're right on the beach, multiple pools, multiple restaurants, lots of activities, beautiful views. Food was ok, nothing mind-blowing but also not terrible. My kids (3yrs and 10mo) had a blast - room comes with free crib on request.

Enjoyed our stay last week. Very clean, beautiful beach and facility. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was the food was average. Not bad but not great. Everyone who was saying they couldn't get a dinner reservation is lazy and didn't bother trying to get one at the appropriate time. We got a reservation every night at the time we wanted, no big deal. Would definately come back if the food was slightly improved. Staff were great as well.

Great family friendly resort. We had a great time. Rooms were not huge, but worked great for our needs. The food was typical all inclusive resort food, but lots of choices for the kids. Views were beautiful. The beach was clean. Kids loved the pools, the entertainment, and the kids center. The front desk was very helpful with setting up easy transportation for getting to excursions.
