The staff is super polite. The work is perfect, I was treated in Europe, the USA, but here is the best clinic. The price is very attractive and they do absolutely all types of work. Highly recommend. He worked miracles on helping me regain my smile despite a very difficult case that involved removing an old implant that had been placed incorrectly 10 years before, and that impacted a healthy tooth that also had to be extracted. Dr. Mark Shtern is not only an excellent periodontist but is also a very caring and warm person who genuinely cares about his patients and loves his job. The office staff is also amazing and I feel like I visit a big happy family when I go for my checkups. I highly recommend this practice.

I felt comfortable and assured in what would be happening, and the actual procedure was - dare I say - easy and comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient, and their processes regarding appointments and insurance are buttoned up. It's all very patient centric - all you have to do is concentrate on your health and getting better. I have a fair amount of dentist anxiety and this entire process could not have been easier or more pleasant. Really.
