★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scowl from behind the counter.....This is a good place to have a coffee and they usually give you a pastry to go with your coffee. We ordered 3 coffees and were given 2 pastries. I think the man who served us took umbrage to us as I asked for my cappuccino to be served in a proper cup. He said there weren't any in the small size and there was only a throw away cup. I point to some on the shelf behind him and he grunted.
We got the service of what to us felt like a cold person dealing with bloody foreigners.
Was that why we only got 2 pastries between three and everyone else in there got two each.?
I have lived here for 16 years and do business in Monterrey. These customer service details count..
