En Adecco me dijeron q Banamex se encargaba de la Capacitación. El Supervisor Julio César Hdz. Cruz nos dio todas las herramientas para trabajar con crédito inmediato hasta el 09-Oct-12. El Supervisor me capacitó dos horas hasta el 08-Nov-12. El 22-Nov-12 el Supervisor me dijo q ya no requerían mis servicios por no cumplir con las metas y por insubordinación (por mandar un correo manifestando nuestra inconformidad por la mala manera en q nos habló a mi compañera y a mí). Ayer q fui por mi finiquito el Supervisor no pasó las comisiones de las 7 tarjetas q vendí (6 en oct. y 1 en nov.). En Adecco me dijeron q solo el Supervisor es quien autoriza el pago de las comisiones. El Supervisor me dice q no mandé las valijas de estas tarjetas entregadas. Pero ya le mandé copia de éstas valijas y yo conservo una copia de este escaneo de las 5 valijas donde envié las solicitudes de estas tarjetas vendidas. En Office Depot me dijeron q este Supervisor acostumbra havcer perdedizas las comisiones de los promotores. Espero q me puedan ayudar a cobrar las comisiones q trabajé. ¿O Banamex respalda esta mala acción del Supervisor? Good afternoon, on 13-Aug-12 Adecco hired me as Banamex Credit Card Promoter at Office Depot SJR. In Adecco they told me that Banamex was in charge of the Training. The Supervisor Julio César Hdz. Cruz gave us all the tools to work with immediate credit until 09-Oct-12. The Supervisor trained me for two hours until 08-Nov-12. On 22-Nov-12 the Supervisor told me that they no longer required my services for not meeting the goals and for insubordination (for sending an email expressing our disagreement for the bad way in which he spoke to my partner and me). Yesterday I went for my settlement the Supervisor did not pass the commissions of the 7 cards that I sold (6 in Oct. and 1 in Nov.). In Adecco they told me that only the Supervisor authorizes the payment of commissions. The Supervisor tells me that I did not send the bags of these delivered cards. But I already sent you a copy of these bags and I keep a copy of this scan of the 5 bags where I sent the requests for these cards sold. Si requieren un proceso mejor vayan con tiempo y revisen lo que firman por que en ocaciones ingresan solicitudes para TDC sin que el usuario las requiera. Terrible service, poor customer service. They do not offer solutions. If you require a better process, go ahead and check what you sign because sometimes requests for TDC are entered without the user requiring them.
