We booked 2 tickets from Chetumal to Flores
The staff was really friendly. We got free breakfast when we waited for the bus.
The bus drive went well. We got all information what we need to cross the borders. (Mexico - Belize and Belize - Guatemala)
I read a lot of bad stories from other bus companies going from Chetumal to Flores, but this company seems to be a good one.
I would choose it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not luxurious, but it is not expensive, it is comfortable, and they give the service you pay for without tricks (in my experience). The office is easy to find, everyone was friendly and servicial, there was free small breakfast to have while the bus departures. I recommend them, and will use their service again. Dont expect the bus to have wifi neither WC, but the price is fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth the trip if going to the islands in Belize. We were recommended this company by our hostel (probably for a finders fee) and found they were very unprofessional. First bus broke down, second bus ran into a parked car. Man was forceful about Mexican border fees even though it had been paid on my airline ticket AND I'd been in the country 3 days or less (in which you are exempt). I just paid as I didn't want to bother with arguing. They really don't look after their customers, only their wallets. Wouldn't recommend! Take the ferry instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncomfortable buses, they treat prople like potatos in their buses. We’ve spent 11 hours driving from Flores to Chetumal (which is not that bad considering two borders) in three different buses. Our luggage was on the roof, without any tilt, so all dirtt from the street was on our luggage, it all got wet from the rain. One of buses was overbooked, so people were travelling all squized up, with no comfort of travel. One star up for breakfast at the departure place and beer at the arrival (maybe it was an apology?). I do not advise that company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys be aware that if you come by plane you don't have to pay the exit race of Mexico. Except if you travel with this company because the bus driver is "friend" with the guys at the border. So you have to pay 25$ for nothing. Just be aware of that. One of my friend did if with an other company and she did not have to pay. We had to do so because otherwise we got no stamp and we couldn't enter in Belize. So just be aware that with this company you are not safe and they let people steal you...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh good, we thought. We’ll enter Belize on a good Mexican bus and stay comfortable on our trip.
Our bus overheated literally every 10 miles. It was frustrating. We finally stopped somewhere on the highway in Belize waiting for a mechanic to come in from Chetumal, Mexico. It was hot but pleasant to stand around, talking to the roadside vendors and our fellow passengers.
In fairness, when the mechanic arrived 2.5 hours later, he came bearing fried chicken, which was very welcome for the non-vegetarians. But we eventually had to abandon the bus and get onto a much smaller van. It was pretty cramped and we were hours away from our destination still. The van was also much hotter than the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best and most affordable way to travel between Mexico and Belize. The trip from Chetumal to Belize City takes four hours, including customs check at the border, which takes at least 30 minutes. Every passenger and their luggage are controlled. There is an entrance fee you have to pay at the border, which is not included in the ticket. The buses are small and therefore the waiting time at the border is considerably less than travelling with a big bus and more passengers
