★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un gimnasio amplio. Cuenta con Locket para que deposites tus objetos, pero son pequeños, solo cabe una mochila mediana, así que si llevas una maleta con varios artículos de gym deberás dejarla a un lado de la recepción.
Cuenta con dos sanitarios, su uso es indistinto ambos para hombres y mujeres, no cuenta con regaderas, no hay cafetería.
No hay entrenador personal, sin embargo el propietario por jefe ofrecerle asesoría de rutina que puedes realizar.
Los aparatos están muy cerca unos de otros, algunos requieren mantenimiento. Cursos ya con bicicletas para spinning, la mayoría de ellas requiere mantenimiento, sin embargo puede utilizarse para las rutinas.
Ofrece rutinas de spinning por la mañana y por la tarde, la persona encargada es una de los propietarios y muy especializada.
Hay varios aspectos en los que podría mejorar. Su membresía es de un costo moderado y accesibles.
Abre de lunes a viernes de 7am a 10pm y sábado de 7am a 1pm.
It is a large gym. It has a Locket for you to deposit your objects, but they are small, only a medium backpack fits, so if you carry a suitcase with various gym items you should leave it to the side of the reception.
It has two toilets, its use is indistinct, both for men and women, it does not have showers, there is no cafeteria.
