★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque la atención al comprar es buena, no están al pendiente de los detalles y seguimiento, tuve que llamar varias ocasiones para solicitar factura y realizar seguimiento de entrega de mi pedido, el equipo se tardo más de un mes en llegar y llego incompleto (sin perillas y termostato), lo cual nos molestó mucho ya que no revisan las cosas antes de mandarlas, me comentaron que tenemos que esperar varios días para que nos hagan llegar las piezas faltantes, me afecta mucho ya que mi negocio depende de esto y ellos tenían conocimiento, no es una empresa seria.
Although the attention when buying is good, they are not aware of the details and follow-up, I had to call several times to request an invoice and follow up on the delivery of my order, the team took more than a month to arrive and I arrived incomplete (without knobs and thermostat), which bothered us a lot since they do not check things before sending them, they told me that we have to wait several days for them to send us the missing pieces, it affects me a lot since my business depends on this and they had knowledge, it is not a serious company.
