★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuentan con buen producto y precio, solo nos les ayuda el personal que tienen a cargo de ventas, ya que siempre te contestan con un flojera y nuca le dan seguiemiento a los pagos y entregas de material, uno como cliente tiene que hacerce cargo de esa parte, porque a TODOS los de la tienda les vale un cacahuate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante decepcionante. Mi recomendación: busquen otras opciones. El producto prometido no es el que entregan. Prometen primera calidad, y entregan de 3a y tardíamente. Mal cortado, disparejo, quebrado.
Quite disappointing. My recommendation: look for other options. The promised product is not the one they deliver. They promise first quality, and deliver 3rd and late. Badly cut, uneven, broken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo! Asegúrense de que tengan el personal que tomara medidas antes de que les cobren (en caso de que sea necesario). Nos cobraron prometiendo que irían a tomar medidas y después de días de insistir en cuando lo harían nos dijeron que siempre no tenían personal para hacerlo y que mejor nos devolvían el dinero, y eso que estuvimos insistiendo para que nos tomaran la llamada y que nos dieran respuesta, porque si no nos hubieran tenido semanas esperando, seguramente. Mejor hubieran hablado con la verdad antes de hacernos perder el tiempo.
Appalling! Make sure you have the staff to take action before you are charged (if necessary). They charged us by promising that they would go to take action and after days of insisting on when they would do it they told us that they always did not have staff to do it and that they better return the money, and that we were insisting that they take the call and give us answer, because if they hadn't had us waiting for weeks, surely. They better have spoken the truth before wasting our time.

Te traen preguntándoles cuando entregan la cantera, no te dan un hora de llegada y te avisan súper tarde que al siguiente día te lo entregan (hasta 7 días después)
El personal no sabe lo que vende, le preguntas por medidas de la cantera, colores, nombres de la cantera , M2 de una caja y no te saben contestar .
Te hablan con un tono muy golpeado y como con flojera.
En lo absoluto no compren ahí, yo tuve que esperarme por qué ya había hecho el pago .
Pero de verdad NO COMPREN AHI, EVITENCE MALOS TRATOS Y PESIMO SERVICIO.

Do not buy there at all, I had to wait because I had already made the payment.
But really DO NOT BUY THERE, AVOID BAD TREATMENT AND HORRIBLE SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variedad de pisos de mármol, calidad y precio regular competitivo, no tiene estacionamiento, si corres con suerte te permiten estacionar frente a la tienda. Pero cuidado con la grúa. El servicio es regular.
