No sé, cuál sea su dinámica de venta, pero tienes que acercarte a las "asesoras" para que con mala actitud te atiendan, como si te hicieran el favor de vender, favor el que les hacemos comprando en su tienda que de ahí sale el salario que ganan. En vano el reportaje que les hicieron en TV.

Entiendo que por su evolución comercial tienen clientela millonaria y por eso no les interesa dar otra atención a quienes vamos a comprar mármol para cubrir un muro o para revestir un baño. Habrá quien esté de acuerdo conmigo porque estoy seguro de no ser un caso aislado. Y para que no parezca que se le hace mala publicidad pagada por otro negocio, recomiendo que busquen otras opciones para comprar en toda la zona de división se encontrará lo mismo o mejor a igual o mejor precio, pero sobre todo, con un trato digno de quien acude a hacer una compra. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre una pieza de mármol, para cubierta, llegó reparada de una fractura, la reporté y no aceptan responsabilidad, me dicen que es una veta ( raro porque atraviesa toda la placa a lo largo y ancho ) . Al final me ofrecieron regresarme el importe de la placa, pero salía perdiendo mano de obra y envío. En pocas palabras pésimo servicio. Si les llega dañado su pedido no se hacen responsables, en especial la gerente Alma Escuadra, ignoró mis mensajes y llamadas.

Normalmente me habían quedado bien pero la última vez compré una pieza y me entregaron otra cosa, una por quería y no quisieron reconocer que hicieron mal. Muy profesionales cuando todo les sale bien pero si algo les sale mal no asumen absolutamente su responsabilidad.
