★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo año y medio pasando frente a este local y siempre quise entrar porque me dedico al teatro y casi siempre necesito pelucas de calidad para las producciones, hoy finalmente fui para ver si tenían una peluca rubia que le quedara bien a mi tono de piel.
Entre al local y realmente me emocione porque en efecto las pelucas que venden son de buena calidad y los precios realmente no están mal, pero me decepcione mucho en cuanto al servicio porque la chica que me atendió me dijo que no me podía probar los tonos de rubio que tenían, que eran tres, si no le pagaba la peluca antes. ¿Qué tal si ninguno me quedaba bien? No se si a ellas les dan un bono de comisión por vender las pelucas, pero pareció que solo le importaba que le pagara, en vez de asegurarse de que su clienta se fuera contenta con su elección.
Realmente yo entre con muchas ganas de comprar una; y creo que lo hubiera hecho si no hubiera sido por la chica que me atendió.

I really wanted to buy one; and I think I would have done it if it hadn't been for the girl who attended me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuí en busca de una peluca roja o color fantasía, la señora super grosera, desde que me vió me atendió de mala gana, le pedí que me probará una peluca, me la puso de mala gana, y ni un minuto me dejó, me la jalo, se volteo y le dejó ahí, ni siquiera me dijo si me quedaba o cuál otra me podía recomendar, al igual que me aclaró que las pelucas mínimo costaban $1200 cuando yo ni siquiera había preguntado eso, tengo 21 años y muy probablemente por eso me trató de esa forma, pues no soy su público objetivo, sin embargo soy un cliente y debería tratar a todos igual, a parte su local ya se ve como de los 80's, necesita una remodelación urgente, no lo recomiendo para nadaaaa. pésimo servicio
