★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He probado las marquesitas que preparan en otros lugares de Cuernavaca, pero honestamente en otros lados la marquesita o les queda dura, o se siente como waffles, o el queso está 'regular' en cambio estas marquesitas están súper buenas. El señor las hace muy tradicionalmente y le da el tiempo de cocción preciso y necesario a cada una de las marquesitas.
Yo les recomiendo mucho que las prueben, el señor es muy amable y el lugar muy limpio, la de lechera es súper buena, pero no sean de los que la piden sin queso por favor!
Tampoco les recomiendo que le pidan que le ponga más lechera aunque crean que con eso salen ganando, de hecho pierden porque el chiste es el sabor del queso y es el ingrediente principal, la lechera o cualquier otro es solo para darle un ligero sabor más no debe ser el principal.
I have tried the marquesitas that they prepare in other places in Cuernavaca, but honestly in other places the marquesita or they are hard, or it feels like waffles, or the cheese is 'regular' instead these marquesitas are super good. The man makes them very traditionally and gives the precise and necessary cooking time to each of the marquesitas.
I highly recommend that you try them, the man is very friendly and the place is very clean, the dairy is super good, but don't be one of those who ask for it without cheese please!
