I would like to strongly recommend this place for a few reasons. The guy with his family, serves and makes by himself several kind of waffles. You approach him and for around 35 pesos (at least for Nutella with banana version) you can have a waffel with anything that you want. They're more like dessert not a regular meal, but if you'll be around, please come and try at least one to support him and his family. They're extremely polite, the waffles are very tasty and super cheap, comparing to desserts in the restaurants nearby. Guy is there typically during the evening, I'm not sure about his regular hours, but if you'll be around, just give it a try!

A combination of Nutella and cajeta. Yummm! It was light, thin and crispy. The price was $35 pesos and I really enjoyed it. The service was quick and friendly.
