Falla todo, goteras, tuberías, fugas, caño tapado, sarro y muchas cosas que no te esperas, a veces te ofrecen otro inmueble... No lo aceptes... todos estan iguales, son fraudulentos y nada formales... busca otra inmobiliaria century 21, Bernal, Viviza... entre otras que a mi me ayudan siempre
