El ambiente es apto para ir con la familia. Actualmente, hay personas que están entrenando de todas las edades. Las horas pico del gym son de 6 a 8 de la tarde. Si no cuentas con vendas o guantes, ahí pueden prestarte mientras te haces de los tuyos, también tienen vendas, protectores y agua a la venta, o guantes o caretas sobre pedido.
