Negligencia es una pobre palabra en una ciudad que ya tiene una problemática muy seria de abastecimiento de agua potable. Municipalizado este coto? Que hará el Municipio al enterarse de esta falla del Desarrollo responsable de la obra? Les volverá a dar autorizaciones para construir sin supervision de obra?
