★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal lo que hacen, compras algo en línea y si necesitas cambiarlo o devolverlo debes ir a una tienda, esta por ejemplo. Ahí, te piden nota de compra, la cual no tienes ni sabes de su existencia. Luego de marearte te dicen cómo puedes descargarla, pero, te dicen que la devolución puede tardar meses, que si quieres puedes escoger otro(s) artículo(s) de la tienda hasta llegar al importe de tu compra en línea o superarlo porque no te damos cambio pero si lo superas, obvio tienes que pagar la diferencia. En el teléfono de compras en línea, te dicen que vayas a devolver o cambiar el producto y que sí te pueden dar cambio, y que solamente con el correo de confirmación de entrega de tu pedido puedes hacer la operación. En una monserga y parece un proceso bien orquestado de estafa para que no haya devoluciones, lamentable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my mother there, and nobody try to help her. I asked the associate to do it and she just looked at me and left. My mother was waiting until she decide to bring the tennis shoes for my mom to try them on, we just spent less than 20 minutes and my mother help herself while the workers didn't have the courtesy of asking if she need it another shoe or anything. I try to report it to a supervisor and she didn't care. I recommend no to go there ever. The most ridiculous thing is that personnel is wearing a t_shirt saying helping you is my priority. Of course it's a lie!
