★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta tienda siempre me ha encantado y por lo regular siempre adquiero productos ahí. Desafortunadamente con el tema de COVID es imposible probarse la ropa y es entendible. Al realizar mi compra los de caja me dijeron que tenía 30 días para cambiar mi ropa y al querer hacer lo que me argumentaron, le dijeron que no se podía. Es contradictorio y todavía se molestan al hacer algo que puedan hacer. Entiendo que ellos tienen normamientos pero como cliente te confías que esa es tu talla y al final no, se supone Martí y todas las tiendas de ropa (una gran mayoría) acepta devoluciones obviamente si están cuidadas. De ahí en fuera todo excelente
I have always loved this store and usually I always buy products there. Unfortunately with the subject of COVID it is impossible to try on clothes and it is understandable. When I made my purchase, the cashiers told me that I had 30 days to change my clothes and when they wanted to do what they argued, they told them that it couldn't be done. It's contradictory and they still get upset to do something they can do. I understand that they have regulations but as a customer you trust that this is your size and in the end no, Martí is supposed and all clothing stores (a large majority) obviously accept returns if they are cared for. En lo personal hay una jovencita muy delgada excelente para atenderte, si no es ella la atención solo es normal. Y en algunos casos hasta básica con calidad a enojo.
