Desafortunadamente no cuentan con un buen gerente que pueda resolver los problemas adecuados y tampoco brinda un buen servicio al cliente.
Si es su tienda habitual (referente a Martí) en artículos deportivos, les recomiendo que vayan a otras sucursales como Tezontle o Perisur los cuales cuentan con mayor variedad de artículos que requieran. De verdad se los recomiendo para que no pierdan su tiempo.
Es sorprendente que hasta en Coppel te encuentres mayor surtido en calzado deportivo (en cuestión de marcas), si no me creen solo revisen, hasta su página para hacer la consulta pueden verlo
Cómo última recomendación, jamás compren en línea, por lo menos en calzado, no te brindan información adecuada y desafortunadamente no es laia talla, varía la talla en todas las marcas. Lo peor para hacer el cambio de talla jamás solucionan y por devolución puff es agónica el tiempo de espera
