★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los empleados no estan pendientes cuando entras, y te hacen regresar a la entrada a ponerte gel (que no esta visible) y a tomarte la temperatura. Ya que ingresaste "bien" entonces tienes a dos que no se te separan de ti ni un momento, es algo incomodo.
 The employees are not pending when you enter, and they make you return to the entrance to put gel (which is not visible) and take your temperature. Since you entered "good" then you have two that do not separate from you for a moment, it is somewhat uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojo este lugar tiene una regla maquiabelica si haces un regalo y tiras el ticket no realizan cambios! Le regale un par de zapatilas (tenis) a mi Novia y la misma persona que me las vendió se confundió de talle me dio un talle mas grande! Al otro día inmediatamente viajamos nuevamente hasta playa del Carmen desde Tulum para hacer el cambio y nos dijeron que sin ticket no hay cambio! En algunos lados la ley obliga al comerciante a tener una copia del ticket para poder controlar la evasión de impuestos y otros casos! En esta tienda eso no pasa! Preferible comprar donde cuidan al cliente saludos
Be careful this place has a Machiabellic rule if you make a gift and throw away the ticket they don't make changes! I gave a pair of shoes (tennis) to my girlfriend and the same person who sold them to me got the wrong size and gave me a bigger size! The next day we immediately traveled again to Playa del Carmen from Tulum to make the change and they told us that without a ticket there is no change! In some places, the law requires the merchant to have a copy of the ticket in order to control tax evasion and other cases! In this store that does not happen! Preferable to buy where they take care of the customer greetings
