★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo que miras aquí es la pizza margherita, concha, canasta de piña, ojo de buey y marranito.
Desde hace algún tiempo nos propusimos comer pan dulce sólo una vez a la semana. Así que instituimos el “viernes de pan”, esto también ha sido un pretexto de conocer diferentes panaderías y así dimos con Martiki.
De pasada podrías creer que es un cafecito o una tienda de productos artesanales, está lleno de detalles súper cute, acogedores y también mexicanos, que lo integran armoniosamente a su contexto en el centro de Xochimilco, pero al notar que es una panadería, nos fue irresistible pasar por una pieza o dos, tres, o cuatro...
Hay pan del que encontrarías en una panadería de barrio, porque está claro que no quiere ser una propuesta de nicho, sino integrarse en la comunidad, pero al visitar Martiki, pronto ves destellos de virtuosidad por aquí y por allá; palitos de pan con orégano, bollitos especiados rellenos queso crema, pan vegano que elabora sobre pedido la chef Diana. Esta no es una panadería común, pero agradecemos que sus precios sí lo sean, todas las piezas están alrededor de los $9 ;) .
Lo muy valioso aquí, es que han tomado la panadería confortable de toda la vida y la han rodeado de creatividad, de buena onda y de propuestas fuera de lo convencionales, como sus pizzas margherita disponibles los viernes.
Martiki es un lugarcito al que hemos vuelto una y otra vez, no sólo porque nos hace feliz el pan dulce, sino también nos hace feliz el simple hecho de encontrarnos comprando ahí. Es una panadería encantadora.

There is bread that you would find in a neighborhood bakery, because it is clear that it does not want to be a niche proposal, but to integrate into the community, but when you visit Martiki, you soon see flashes of virtuosity here and there; bread sticks with oregano, spiced rolls filled with cream cheese, vegan bread made to order by chef Diana. This is no ordinary bakery, but we appreciate that your prices are, all pieces are around $ 9;).
What is very valuable here is that they have taken the comfortable bakery of a lifetime and have surrounded it with creativity, good vibes and unconventional proposals, such as their margherita pizzas available on Fridays.
Martiki is a little place we have returned to time and time again, not only because sweet bread makes us happy, but also the simple fact of finding ourselves shopping there makes us happy. It is a lovely bakery.
