No puedo pensar en otro lugar para hacerme las uñas, pintarme o cortarme el cabello, y salir 100% satisfecha con el resultado. The staff is professional and very friendly, they make the stay in the studio really enjoyable, and they work INCREDIBLE. Después me pasaron con la peluquera que 3 veces me jalo el pelo, y termino pegandome con la secadora, le di el ejemplo de como quería el corte y me dejó horrible, atención horrible!!!!! Llegue puntual a la hora agendada, me pasaron y me hicieron esperar 20 minutos en lo que se terminaba otro cliente. Después de esperar se acercaron a decirme que había otra cita en la misma hora y que no me podía atender. Es increíble la informalidad y que no sirva de nada tomarse el tiempo de agendar con anticipación. No lo recomiendo, busquen otro lugar donde el tiempo de cada persona no sea un juego. A mi mamá la atendió karenka y a mí Luis (un hombre robusto, se encuentra en la penúltima silla de lado derecho) cada una le explicó con una imagen reseña como queriamos el corte pero hicieron lo que quisieron, incluso a mí Luis me lo dejó de enfrente chueco, el fleco ni siquiera me lo supe cortar y preferí ya no decirle, no quería que me lo siguiera echando a perder, incluso antes de entrar le pregunté a un hombre encargado de cobrar que me recomendara a alguien y dijo que cualquiera sabía cortarlo bien, -si claro-, al final le dije que me lo habían dejado chueco y me pasaron con otra persona, quien me lo emparejó pero NO VUELVEO A REGRESAR , mejor busquen por otro lado y evitense la pena de que les destosen el caballo.
