★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima inmobiliaria, no cumplen con su trabajo, si lo que buscas es que se queden con tú dinero por "administrar" tu casa haz llegado al lugar correcto.
No van a checar como dejaron la casa después de terminar de rentarla.
Antonio Torres es súper grosero, no escucha tus demandas y aparte creé tener siempre la razón, rentamos la casa con línea telefónica y la persona que estaba rentando la casa cambio el numero de teléfono y puso otro dejando una cuenta grande para pagar, no conforme con ello la casa quedo con varios desajustes que ANTONIO TORRES NO NOTO.
Obviamente nunca fue a ver la casa, tampoco nos dijo que intentaron meterse a ella.
No esta al pendiente de la renta, para él es: "pues no tengo porque avisarle cuando este echo su depósito, tengo mas clientes entiende?"
Es su obligación si le estas pagando todos los meses su respectiva comisión.
Pésima inmobiliaria, no recomendable.
Terrible real estate, they do not fulfill their work, if what you are looking for is to keep your money for "managing" your home you have arrived at the right place.
They will not check how they left the house after they finished renting it.
Antonio Torres is super rude, he does not listen to your demands and apart I thought he was always right, we rented the house with a telephone line and the person who was renting the house changed the telephone number and put another one leaving a large account to pay, not complying with the house was left with several mismatches that ANTONIO TORRES DID NOT KNOW.
He obviously never went to see the house, nor did he tell us that they tried to get into it.
He is not on the lookout for the rent, for him it is: "I don't have to let you know when your deposit is made, I have more clients understand?"
It is their obligation if you are paying their respective commission every month.
Terrible real estate, not recommended.
