Best Wedding venue in Mexico

K	Kim Lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously, if the others have not convinced you to book Martoca already, just do it! My husband and I took a trip to PV to venue hunt. We looked at some other venues, but Martoca took our breath away. THE PICTURES DO NOT DO THIS MAGICAL PLACE JUSTICE! Just add @MartocaBeachGarden on IG and you will get a better view of the venue with all of the videos they post. We did the food tasting/table set-up on that visit as well (so worth it)! The food exceeded our expectations, and you can literally design your dream wedding with Martoca, from the style/size of tables, chairs, dishes, cutlery, glassware, napkins, centerpieces, floral design, EVERYTHING. We even decided how the layout of venue would look that day! We were lucky to work with the Martoca team (shoutout to Vero for dealing with my millions of questions, texts, calls, stresses, etc.). They made this process so easy! A few days before the wedding, Veronica came to my resort and went over everything in person. She made us feel comfortable and taken care of. On the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly! Our guests got to Martoca and were literally SHOOK! Veronica worked with Mayte (the florist) to create a beautiful memorial for our mother and grandmother. They did a great job at nailing my vision, which was to blend our two cultures together (Vietnamese and Mexican). Just like all the other reviewers said, people will tell you that was the best wedding they have ever been to and how amazing everything was (the service staff, the food, the venue, the music, TODOS!). Mind you, all the service staff were extremely professional (an important detail you should not overlook)! We even had a couple at our wedding that now want to do their vow renewals at Martoca! We really wish we could relive the wedding day all over again. It was just so perfect and beautiful because of Martoca and their A+ team. I cannot recommend this place enough. They have all these extras you can add to make your wedding extra special. And yes, you should do the fresh coconut stand, the late night churros, and tacos. And you DEFINITELY should do the fireworks (duh!). This place is the real deal. Stop looking elsewhere. Unless you want your basic cookie-cutter resort wedding, to each their own. I have zero regrets about choosing Martoca and would choose it again in a heartbeat. Martoca holds a very very special place in our hearts. We hope to come back again and do a vow renewal some day as well!

I got married at Martoca on November 16th and they exceeded every expectation imaginable. The entire process from start to finish was so easy and so fun. We booked our date about 1 year in advance (they book up very quickly so plan ahead) then flew out to see the venue in person and meet the team. I communicated with my planner Veronica leading up to our visit and sent her pictures of decor, flowers, and overall layout that I liked. Martoca is very active on Instagram and they post many pictures of past weddings, which was very helpful to see the space decorated in different ways and determine the exact vision we wanted. Meeting Veronica, Jimmy, and Maite during our visit was so much fun. We toured the venue, tasted from their amazing menu, and saw a sample table setting that they came up with for us. We absolutely loved everything and we were so happy that we booked Martoca! Over the next year, Veronica and I had endless phone calls and text conversations. She was so quick to answer any question I had and always so supportive. I ended every phone call with her feeling very comforted and excited for our big day. She really loves her job and does it wonderfully! Fast forward to our wedding-- we are still speechless. They blew us away with every detail. It was truly the prettiest venue I have ever seen. The flowers were stunning and the tables looked gorgeous. They threw in so many surprises for us that made me cry. Our friends and family are still talking about it. They were in awe of the surprise fireworks, late night tacos and churros, cigar bar, and more. The DJ Martoca provided was absolutely amazing. Everyone danced the entire night. I still cannot believe how phenomenal our day was and I wish we could do it all over again! Thank you to Jimmy, Veronica, and the entire Marotca team who made our day so unbelievable special. Everything was just fantastic, I can't say it enough. It all started with Veronica (wedding planner supplied by Martoca) working with my wife to create the night we dreamed of. Veronica was such a pleasure to work with and was very attentive and understanding. Veronica even worked with me on the side to surprise my wife with a vintage car to send us off in at the event. At the wedding, Veronica's and the staff's attention to detail and attentiveness to us and our guests was beyond measure and by far some of the best service I've received in Mexico, or anywhere in the world for that matter. The venue was (is) stunning the decorations were immaculate. I highly HIGHLY recommend the mariachi band the fireworks. Well worth the smiles on our friends' and families' faces. Martoca Beach Garden, Veronica, and the entire staff are all truly special and they will forever hold a dear place in our hearts. Thank you to everyone involved, we are forever grateful. And to anyone considering this venue...look no further. This special place and experience is beyond compare.

We wanted a beautiful destination wedding that could not only provide the perfect scene to get married, but also the perfect vacation destination for our guests. From our first message with them, we knew it was a match. They respond to messages within minutes, cater to every single question and idea no matter how small, and make you feel as though you’re family. My sister was married there back in 2018 and after going as a guest, I realized how special this place really is. The sunset views during the ceremony, the smiles on all the staff, and the insane greenery, flowers, and setup make this the best wedding venue in the world. Because Martoca does everything in-house, the process is a breeze compared to other places where you would have to find your own vendors. They do their own flowers, alcohol, food, cake, setup, and DJ. They are willing to cater to any request no matter how big or small. Wedding day transportation is included for the wedding party and all guests which was such a relief because getting married in a foreign country can be stressful in terms of coordinating things like that. The wedding coordinator that we were provided, Veronica, is a gift from God! She will work with you from the very beginning until your sparkler send off to make sure every aspect of your day is perfect. She responds within seconds, is ALWAYS available, and makes you feel as if your wedding is the only thing that matters. Because our wedding was during the pandemic there were a million things that needed to be rearranged, and rescheduled. She made it all possible. We were truly blessed to have had her by our side. In terms of the area around Martoca itself, you have so many options for hotels, beaches, restaurants, and wedding event venues! Punta de Mita offers tons of luxury hotels within a 20 minute drive. Puerto Vallarta offers a massive hotel zone with no shortage of things to do. We are secretly hoping that one of our guests will decide to use Martoca as their venue one day so we can go back! It truly was the wedding of our dreams and Martoca made it all possible. S & O

There wasn’t a single thing that we would change. The flowers, decor, food, incredibly courteous staff, unbelievable wedding planner, and super talented vendors made our special day absolutely perfect! To say Mariana is a rockstar, would be a total understatement! She took unbelievable care of us from the start- was always super quick to respond, had tons of great ideas when we couldn’t figure out details, and most importantly, never said no to any of our crazy ideas! Literally anything and everything we asked for, Mariana and the vendors made happen for us. We had so many compliments from our guests about the incredible staff as well. The attentiveness was what you’d expect from a high quality restaurant, definitely not a wedding. The food was another raved about portion of the evening. It was truly incredible. The presentation was like nothing we’ve ever seen at a wedding. It truly was a day that we’ll never forget, and neither will our guests. If you’re looking for a completely one-of-a-kind destination wedding, don’t waste your time looking anywhere else but here!!

We originally were supposed to get married in February 2021, but rescheduled to February 2022. As the pandemic continued, we sometimes doubted whether it was even worth it to follow through, but we are SO glad we did. We worked with Mariana throughout the entire process, and she was always a WhatsApp message or video call away. She truly understood our unique personalities, styles, and particularities right off the bat, and executed to perfection. It couldn't have been better. We also loved communicating with Mar; she's upbeat, to the point, and also a lot of fun! It was clear on our wedding day that the Martoca team has everything down to a T. From the timing of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner, so that guests are never in the direct sun, to the professionalism and efficiency of the service. The food and drink are the best we've ever had at a wedding, and no one had to wait or want for a thing during the entire event. The Martoca team even continuously brought water bottles and took drink orders from the dance floor, so that you never had to stop grooving. The DJ played all our favorite songs and had a great sense of timing and what the crowd wanted. We were dancing all night, which was a huge priority for us. Finally, the late night tacos and churros were to die for and the presentation was impressive, as well! Throughout the whole evening, and the days leading up, Mar was present and available for anything that we needed. Lastly, we are a gay couple, and we felt comfortable and safe during the planning process and wedding day with the Martoca team. We couldn't recommend getting married at Martoca more. Our guests all said it was the best wedding they ever attended. It is a day we want to live over and over again; it was the most fun we've had in our lives!

I always wanted a destination wedding but was never entirely sure what that would look like. We were referred to Martoca by some family friends and of course I did a deep dive into the reviews. It looked great, I booked our date and hoped it was as good as everyone said it was... Needless to say, our wedding day was one million times better than any review could have led me to believe. The entire process was incredibly smooth and Jimmy and his team (I worked with Marisol- fantastic) made themselves incredibly available. They were so quick to answer questions, calm nerves and figure out a solution to any crazy requests. The wedding planning process was so relational and fun - The wedding industry in the states has become a bit out of hand but the process with Martoca made me feel like family. As for the day itself, I genuinely would not change one thing. From the buses picking up our guests, to timeline, to amazing food, PERFECT decor, fireworks, churro bar, taco bar, cigar bar.. the list can go on. They executed so effortlessly!! Not to mention the service was excellent. It's been over 8 weeks and I don't think we have gone a single day without talking to a friend or family member and them referencing our wedding day. It was beyond special. From the bottom of my heart I could not recommend Martoca Beach Garden any more. They will listen, they will execute and they will treat you like family along the way. If you are even remotely considering a destination wedding - Martoca is the spot. We are forever grateful for the amazing memories and friendships made along the way. ❤️

But what we enjoyed the most was the quality of service they provide starting with the owner (Jimmy) to the staff that helped us with the drinks and food. We reserved the venue and planned our wedding in less than 6 months (we were lucky to snatch a good date before all the Covid rescheduled weddings officially started) and I literally couldn’t ask for a better and more beautiful wedding for us than the one we had. Mar (our wedding planner that Jimmy recommended) was so on top of things and made my dream come true. It has been more than 2 months since our wedding and we still can’t think of anything we would’ve like to do different. Martoca and their team is excellence in every aspect. I definitely recommend going with Jimmy’s advice on vendors and different ideas. We literally just gave him the date, budget and an idea of the things we wanted… they made all the magic happen. Due to the short amount of time we had to plan everything, we didn’t try the food or saw the venue in person until the day of the wedding (that’s how much trust we put on them lol) and all our guests, my husband and I were in awe to see the amazing final work they did. Jimmy and the wedding planners that work with him know best and I would recommend this team and venue to any bride that wants a stress free wedding and planning. Just leave it on their hands ?
