Tia Mary has one of the best pastor tacos that I have tried in Tuxtla, the pineapple that accompanies the pastor has an incomparable flavor that when combined with the pastor creates a mixture of incredible and irresistible flavor to try again.
Every time I return to Tuxtla I will have to visit it!
