Unorganized rental agency. Kind staff, but they need to upgrade their systems, in order to lessen the chance of lost reservations. Mine got lost. I would use them again as they are super close to the Puerta Maya dock.

Such a great place! Had soo much fun! Also I wanted to thank your staff so much! We were there this past Thursday! My Fiancee and I did a cruise and stopped in. You may remember us very tall white man named Nick and I. Thank you so much for everything. Wonderful customer service!! I feel I left Cozumel happy and sad at the same time. The man that worked with us was amazing. We had great conversation! Felt we made a new friend. Good Man. Leaving Cozumel was bittersweet. Felt we made a new friend and sad to go knowing may never see him again. But so happy we got the opportunity to meet him! Awesome experience! We decided a port for a few hours in Cozumel was definitely not enough! We're planning a trip back asap now! So my bittersweet feeling has started to fade because we decided were definitely be back. Rented from these guys twice so far and each time everything was great, in and out the door in less than 15 minutes. Older cars but dependable great for touring the island and having fun

We rented a Jeep in March of 2022. It was an all around pleasant experience. Booking online was super easy. I was super happy with the prices and the people were very friendly. The Jeep was very old and had about 250k miles (km) on it but it was reliable. We will be back in September and will definitely rent from them again.
