La gerente, no revisa el historial de los inquilinos que se rentan los bienes inmuebles y la propiedad sufren de deterioros excesivos por mal uso o vandalismo.
La gerente es muy deshonesta, debido a que actúa como intermediario entre el arrendatario y el arrendador, siendo muy opaco su actuar. Ya que esta, la gerente de casa inmobiliaria, no cobra ninguna comisión por ese servicio. Lo que en realidad hace, es arrendar la propiedad en un precio superior al que le fija uno como dueño y el excedente se lo queda. Dicha mecánica nunca fue pactada de esa manera, por lo que incurre en un abuso de confianza.
Cuando uno la busca para preguntarle porque no se ha hecho el depósitos de la renta, no te contesta las llamadas o hasta se esconde; lo cual genera mucha incertidumbre.
En lo particular, no recomiendo el servicio, no es profesional y causa muchos inconvenientes.
