He ido 3 veces y en ninguna ocasión he podido comprar algo, Porque si no están ocupados y van "a tardar mucho para poder atenderme" o simplemente "no tienen" lo que necesito Y ni siquiera checan en su inventario. Las tres ocasiones he terminado comprando en otras ferreterías más pequeñas que dan mejor servicio. Terrible service. I have been 3 times and on no occasion have I been able to buy anything, because if they are not busy and they are "going to take a long time to attend to me" or simply "they do not have" what I need AND they do not even check their inventory. All three times I have ended up shopping at other smaller hardware stores that provide better service.

Falta mucha organización en el área de la bodega cuando te hacen entrega de los productos que compraste. Está muy bien pero hay que mejorar. Cuando vas a pedir el artículo en su caso piso nunca tienen deberían de colocar cuantas cajas tienen para no preguntarles y que se molesten. Compre más de 30 cajas tuve que esperar mucho para que las tuvieran en existencia y posteriormente a me llevaron una totalmente rota a los costados no ubo manera de utilizar. Pero el servicio es lo peor de lo peor. Al final solo les hice el comentario para que tuvieran cuidado pero se alteraron de mala actitud. Nunca volvería a comprar.
