★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autos en buen estado pero pésima actitud de atención a clientes por la recepcionista que pareció molestarte que quisiera rentar un auto para hoy mismo. Los requisitos generales de renta: INE (tiene que ser del Estado de Hidalgo sino olvídate de que te puedan rentar algo aunque presentes otra idea identificación oficial), comprobante de domicilio, licencia vigente y tu tarjeta de crédito.
Cars in good condition but terrible attitude of customer service by the receptionist who seemed annoyed that he wanted to rent a car for today. The general rental requirements: INE (it must be from the State of Hidalgo but forget that they can rent you something even if you present another idea, official identification), proof of address, current license and your credit card.

Los requisitos como en cualquier lugar son obligatorios, pero simples y nada de otro mundo.
En mi caso se pidió un anticipo en efectivo, el cual me fue regresado integro al devolver la unidad intacta en la fecha y hora estipulados.
La flotilla no es muy amplia pero el vehículo que me proporcionaron cumplió con todas mis necesidades y espectativas.
La atención es muy buena, un plus que pocos tienen.
