Además me dijeron que el técnico de guardia estaba en Manzanillo por lo que no podía acudir a mi domicilio en Guadalajara a revisar la alarma que ha estado presentando fallas y activándose sin motivo alguno ocasionándome molestias a mi y a mis vecinos
Very bad service received from the operator today. They also told me that the technician on duty was in Manzanillo, so I could not go to my home in Guadalajara to check the alarm that has been presenting failures and activating for no reason, causing discomfort to me and my neighbors.
