★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención a cliente es nula en cuanto a Reembolso Total, no lo compren y lean las letras chiquitas por que con eso siempre lo aplican para no reembolsar el boleto.
Customer service is void in terms of Total Refund, do not buy it and read the fine print because that is always applied so as not to refund the ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El proceso de selección es muy largo y el peraonal de R.H no da seguimiento a los candidatos, tiene que andar uno preguntando y luego lo ignoran y lo peor que No tienen atencion para finalizar tu proceso con Diplomacia.
The selection process is very long and the peraonal of R.H does not follow up the candidates, you have to walk one asking and then ignore it and the worst that you do not have attention to finish your process with Diplomacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un seguro para un reembolso de boleto de viaje REEMBOLSO TOTAL que ofrece MAS SERVICIOS por medio de VIVAEROBUS tras cancelar a tiempo bajo una de sus cláusulas , solicitar mi reembolso del costo de boletos y enviar la documentación solicitada a un representante vía email, sigo esperando una respuesta del caso, luego de cumplirse el lapso de respuesta de su parte.. Ofrecen un MAL servicio de seguimiento de casos y peor atención a clientes, todo documentado y screenshots. Es preferible perder el costo del boleto que mal gastar el tiempo solicitando un seguro pagado en tiempo y forma, pero sin respuesta. Para ser un negocio de atención a personas bajo promesa de asistencia 24/7 se estan quedando cortos casi a nivel fraude. Lástima en estos tiempos que los negocios mexicanos ocupan MAS publicidad buena.
I bought insurance for a travel ticket refund TOTAL REFUND that offers MORE SERVICES through VIVAEROBUS after canceling on time under one of its clauses, requesting my refund of the cost of tickets and sending the requested documentation to a representative via email, I'm still waiting a response to the case, after the response time on your part is met. They offer a BAD case tracking service and worse customer service, all documented and screenshots. It is preferable to lose the cost of the ticket than wasting time requesting insurance paid in a timely manner, but with no response. For a business serving people under the promise of 24/7 assistance, they are falling short of almost fraud. Too bad in these times that Mexican businesses occupy MORE good publicity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para advertir a cualquier persona. No gasten los 260PESOS extra que les solicita vivaaerobus. Niegan que les pagaste, te lo agregan al costo del boleto pero no lo desglosan en ningún comprobante, por lo que cuando hablas a estos señores de MAS Servicios, niegan que tienes el seguro y te dicen que ahí te pongas de acuerdo con VIVAAEROBUS.
To warn anyone. Do not spend the extra 260PESOS that vivaaerobus requests. They deny that you paid them, they add it to the cost of the ticket but they do not break it down in any voucher, so when you speak to these gentlemen from MAS Servicios, they deny that you have the insurance and tell you to agree with VIVAAEROBUS there.

They will not file your claim right, they will reject your claim, they will blame you for messing up the claim, they will not answer your questions, they will tell you to file a complain with the aeroline, the aeroline will not care (vivaaerobus), you wasted your time, money and a flight ticket, and the worst is that you paid to receive this treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely incompetent assistance services, we got coverage denied for the insurance case even though we have met the conditions fully because the original email hasn't been worded perfectly/didn't contain 110% of information, instead we asked which documents are needed. For this reason coverage was refused & while trying to clarify this situation now with the Mas Servicios, analyst is copy/pasting general conditions and repeating same denial over and over again. Absolutely unprofessional communication, an the approach seems to be a scam case from the very beginning. DON'T PURCHASE their services unless absolutely necessary. BE VERY DETAILED when contacting them & to avoid being scammed go through general conditions in details.
