★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve un enfriador whirlpool de garantia un 6 de diciembre y ya me lo tenían listo para el 9 de diciembre, son muy rápidos y la atención es muy buena, cuentan con horario corrido de 8:00 a 19:00 hrs, ya que aveces es imposible ir en hora de oficina.
I took a warranty whirlpool cooler on December 6 and they already had it ready for me on December 9, they are very fast and the service is very good, they have open hours from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., since sometimes it is impossible to go in office hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super mal servicio,,,nada recomendable!!!las señoritas de atención a cliente no saben ni q onda no se coordinan.el trato de lo peor supongo no serán las dueñas desde q fue el técnico a checar mi lavadora no checo el modelo de la lavadora para cotizar la pieza quedaron de llamarme lo cual no paso y así durante 15 días yo detrás de ellos muy mal.servicio y atención pésima!!!
Super bad service ,,, nothing recommended !!! the ladies of customer service do not know what wave they do not coordinate.The treatment of the worst I suppose they will not be the owners since the technician went to check my washing machine I did not check the model of The washing machine to quote the piece they called me which did not happen and so for 15 days I behind them very bad. service and lousy attention !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace más de 22 días que intentaron reparar mi lavadora y quedó mal.. tosía los días llamo y si no bloquean mi número me dicen que ya vienen a mi domicilio. Son engaños y más engaños. La nota de garantía no tiene domicilio y el domicilio que me dijeron por teléfono NO EXISTE
More than 22 days ago they tried to repair my washing machine and it was bad .. I would cough every day I call and if they don't block my number they tell me that they are coming to my home. They are deceptions and more deceptions. The warranty note does not have an address and the address that they told me by phone DOES NOT EXIST
