★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio que dan, te venden una cosa y al final terminamos volando con personal al cual se le olvidó la cámara, no traían gasolina, personal crudo y al bajar te dicen que si quieres las fotos ahí es costo extra, después dicen que sino en 1 hora te los dan en la oficina cosa que nunca sucede, después te dicen que por mail. Finalmente, si vienes a exigir, la señorita que atiende la oficina te trata de forma grosera y prepotente y su mejor excusa es decir que ella no te vendió, así de confiable es su personal. Por favor, no vuelen con ellos para evitar que establecimientos así vendan algo que no es.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi pareja y yo compramos un paquete de parachute y RZR, en cuanto al parachute el servicio fue excelente y los pilotos muy amables y capacitados, que aunque a lo yo percibí los pilotos pueden hacer vuelo con cualquier agencia.
En cuanto el RZR nos dieron un vehículo en muy malas condiciones y estaba fallando, por lo que al final del recorrido hicimos saber nuestra inconformidad de que no disfrutamos el recorrido la muchacha que nos vendió el paquete excelente servicio, amable y muy simpática pero al momento de quejarnos del recorrido ella nos dijo que al momento de llevar el RZR a la zona de aterrizaje ella había notado algo malo en este y es que la zona de aterrizaje esta lejos de la agencia y habíamos acordado que nos lo llevaran a la zona de aterrizaje, por lo que ella nos hubiera dado otro o hacernos saber para cancelar.
