Al ordenar mis lentes me trataron muy bien.
Al recoger mis lentes me trataron muy mal. Las micas tienen una especificación diferente a la que necesito pero no me indicaron eso al ordenarlo. No veo bien con estos lentes nuevos y la solución que me dio el encargado fue: O me acostumbro a los lentes o debo pagar mil pesos más para cambiar las micas.

When ordering my glasses they treated me very well.
When collecting my glasses they treated me very badly. The micas have a different specification than what I need but they did not tell me that when ordering it. I do not see well with these new lenses and the solution the manager gave me was: Either I get used to the lenses or I must pay a thousand pesos more to change the lenses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si bien no es la mejor tienda de la ciudad de +visión en cuanto a armazones nuevos y más actualizados, el trato y la atención es de las mejores con las que me he topado para estas tiendas en Querétaro, porque siempre respetan las promociones vigentes y además si pueden te agregan cupones o descuentos adicionales. Y eso no pasa en las demás sucursales de la ciudad. Mi única observación y sugerencia es que traten de llevar a esta tienda armazones de marcas internacionales mas actualizados y más abundantes como en las otras sucursales.
Although it is not the best store in the city of + vision in terms of new and more updated frames, the treatment and attention is one of the best that I have encountered for these stores in Querétaro, because they always respect the current promotions and also if they can add additional coupons or discounts. And that does not happen in the other branches of the city. My only observation and suggestion is that they try to bring more updated and more abundant international brand frames to this store as in the other branches.
