I have had my glasses made there 3 times because they have more economic options than in other opticians, however I agree that the customer service is terrible from the staff that works in this branch of El Dorado, the ladies treat you badly win and some are even rude, they walk behind you taking care of you as if you were going to steal your glasses

Very bad experience in Mas Vision El Dorado, in SLP. I paid 2700 for some lenses almost 3 weeks ago, they gave me terrible quality, stained by the antoreflejante chafa and poorly placed. A ratote of discussion with the employee who wanted to make me believe that they were doing well. Finally they accepted the manager, they go 10 days and they do not know when they arrive, but at least 10 to 15 days more. I do not recommend NOTHING.

I think that health is not to be played with, and less with vision, 15 days ago I went to choose some glasses and took the prescription for prescription that my private ophthalmologist sent me, I paid for my lenses 3400 pesos in a single exhibition (not cheap) and they told me that in 15 days (quite a long time) they would be ready, after 15 days I will pick them up and take them to work, after a while I felt super dizzy that I was nauseous and wanted to vomit, when I had already vomited I decided to take them off To rest, I thought it was a normal reaction because my particular ophthalmologist detected a problem in the cornea and the graduation increased too much, after vomiting I decided to take them off and rest for an hour, then I put them back to test and read to see if I already It was better and I realized that with the left eye I could not focus well, I did not distinguish what letter it was and I decided not to use them anymore, the next day I went to Masvision and came directly to the optometrist and told him the case, his response was "n or you can do nothing since you brought your recipe "to which I answered the only thing I want is that I check them to see if they were done well for me, he said ... of course if I can, I gave him my recipe and the glasses went to check them and hoooo surprise the one on the left side was wrong and what I explain was that they were wrong instead of increasing they took away or something like that, they were going to solve the problem but it would take another 15 days, in conclusion I will pass 15 more days without glasses will be a total of 4 weeks, imagine working without glasses, what does not fit me is that one of these errors could be passed to the corner office where the glasses cost 200 pesos not to a large chain like it is more vision and where the glasses cost me 3400 pesos !!!!
