★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mandé a hacer unos lentes de contacto, primero me dicen de 8 a 10 días ,luego de 10 a 15 pero solo entregan el lente de un ojo!!! pido mi reembolso y cuando regreso por el me dicen que no pueden porque el pedido ya está hecho y que tardan de 6 a 8 semanas porque tardan mucho en hacerlos, llevo 30 minutos esperado y me dicen que siga esperando..... La respuesta del día fue: es que hubo mala comunicación... Estuvo mal que no le dijeran cuanto tardaban mal ,mal servicio

Incluso me cobraron $500 pesos extra por dicha garantía (la cual se vence en 2022). Hoy fui y me dijeron que lo que adquirí fue un cupón de descuento para unos nuevos lentes. Me siento completamente enojada por cómo robaron mi dinero. Cero recomendables. Solía comprar siempre mis lentes en esta empresa e igual mi familia. La primera vez que confío en su supuesta garantía y no cumplen. Ojo. No se dejen robar.
I am very upset with your service. They sold me my glasses for $ 5,000 pesos because supposedly they would have a two-year warranty.
